Since 2016, Comfort Girls Hostel has been renting the ATEN building. The rental income received from the hostel has been one of the important sources of financial support for the ATEN Library. This support has contributed significantly to the sustainability and ongoing operation of the library.
For the past 16 years, the Moravian Church has been renting a hall from ATEN. In 2025, ATEN constructed and provided a soundproof hall specifically for the church.
